A clinic that ran on paper slips.

- The problem
- Patient records lived on physical slips the patient took home. When they came back weeks later the slip was often gone, and the treatment history with it.
- What I built
- A clinical management app with a doctor dashboard and a simplified nurse interface. A returning patient is searched, their record opened, and the new visit added to it.
- The result
- Records are found quickly, visits attach to the right patient, and duplicate files don't build up. The app is in use at the practice every day.
